These terms are here to help everything run smoothly across The Strength & Wellness Hive, including in person classes, live online sessions, on demand access, class passes, memberships and personal training.

1. General

The Strength & Wellness Hive provides fitness services including in person classes, live online classes, on demand content, memberships, class passes, personal training and coaching support.

These terms apply to all bookings and purchases made through Gymcatch, direct payment links, agreed invoices or any other official booking route used by The Strength & Wellness Hive.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made through the official booking system or an approved booking method provided by The Strength & Wellness Hive.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • Prices may change from time to time. Any new price will apply from the date it is published.
  • Some services may require you to accept separate service-specific terms when booking.

3. Memberships

  • Memberships are offered on a minimum 3 month commitment unless a different term is clearly stated.
  • Membership payments are recurring and will be taken in line with the membership chosen.
  • Sessions included in a membership are for the named member only and cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Unused sessions do not roll over unless this is specifically stated on the membership.
  • Memberships are non-refundable once a payment has been taken.
  • Failure to keep up payments may result in your membership access being paused or cancelled.

4. Class Passes

  • Class passes must be used within the time period stated at purchase.
  • Where stated, a pass may be used across eligible Hive classes.
  • Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any unused sessions left after the expiry date will be lost.

5. Single Sessions

  • Single session bookings apply only to the date and time booked.
  • Single sessions are non-transferable unless moved in line with the cancellation policy.
  • If you do not attend your booked session, that session will be treated as used.

6. Cancellations, Late Cancellations & No Shows

  • You may cancel a class booking up to 24 hours before the class start time.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be treated as used and are not refundable.
  • If you book onto sessions and fail to attend more than 3 times in a row, your booking access may be temporarily suspended.
  • If The Strength & Wellness Hive needs to cancel a class or session, you will be offered a transfer, credit or alternative where appropriate.

7. Health, Safety & Behaviour

  • You are responsible for making sure you are medically fit to take part in exercise.
  • You must let us know about any injury, illness, pregnancy, symptoms or other change that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
  • Please follow all coaching instructions and use equipment safely.
  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times toward the coach, venue staff and other participants.
  • Any bad behaviour, abusive language, aggressive conduct or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

8. Live Online & On Demand Services

  • Live online and on demand services are for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, redistributed or resold.
  • Access periods, replay windows and membership inclusions will be as stated at the point of purchase.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have enough space, suitable flooring, appropriate equipment if needed, and a safe environment to exercise at home.
  • The Strength & Wellness Hive is not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, internet connection or third-party platforms.

9. Personal Training & Coaching

  • Personal training sessions must be used within the timeframe agreed at purchase.
  • Packages are non-refundable once started unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Where sessions take place in a gym venue, you are responsible for holding any required venue membership or access rights.
  • Online coaching and support check-ins must be used within the agreed package period.
  • Missed appointments without the required notice will be treated as used.

10. Liability

  • All exercise carries an element of risk. By taking part, you accept responsibility for your own participation.
  • The Strength & Wellness Hive will not be responsible for injury, loss or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
  • Personal belongings are brought to classes and sessions at your own risk.
